We represent the interests of our clients in committees and industry associations, including at European level. We are actively involved in the leading German banking associations, the Central Credit Committee and external bodies and organisations with the aim of ensuring an environment that is conducive to the efficient, cost-effective settlement of securities transactions.

Transparency creates trust

We actively involve our clients when designing our services. An Advisory Board consisting of senior management representatives from our customers is the highest customer body. This is supported by a central Project Committee and various working parties in which our clients’ back office or IT managers clarify technical issues with our experts. These bodies seek to formulate requirements in a targeted manner in order to sustainably shape our service range through their implementation as cross-sector solutions. Our aim is to be transparent in our work, as openness creates trust.

In dialogue with our customers

A neutral customer survey is conducted on a regular basis. The feedback provided is used to identify areas for improvement and guarantee the quality of our services. We inform our customers of the results and the measures derived at events such as client conferences and meetings of senior managers and in our publications. We create opportunities for mutual exchange, including between the various customer groups.
